Judge Cleary’s March 9 Chapter 13 cases rescheduled to March 13 before Judge DeCelles

All Chapter 13 cases that were scheduled to be heard by Judge David Cleary on March 9, 2026, will now be moved to March 13, 2026. These matters will instead be overseen by Judge David DeCelles. The court has stated that all items currently on Judge Cleary’s Chapter 13 Chicago docket will automatically be continued to the new date before Judge DeCelles.

The schedule for Chapter 13 hearings on Fridays is as follows: original trustee motions at 9:15 a.m., original motions at 9:30 a.m., continued, set, or adversary matters at 10:00 a.m., and confirmation hearings at 10:30 a.m.
