The Illinois State Bar Association hosted the 13th Annual Minority Bar CLE Conference: Preparedness in the Current Legal Climate on March 26-27 at the ISBA Chicago Regional Office, located at 20 S. Clark St.

The event brought together members of various minority bar associations and focused on preparedness within today’s legal environment. The conference was presented by several organizations, including the ISBA Diversity Leadership Council, Asian American Bar Association, Black Women Lawyers’ Association, Chinese American Bar Association, Cook County Bar Association, Decalogue Society of Lawyers, Filipino American Lawyers Association of Chicago, Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois, Korean American Bar Association, Chicago’s LGBTQ+ Bar Association, Muslim Bar Association of Chicago, Puerto Rican Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.

Part one concluded with a Diversity Reception while part two was conducted as a live webcast format. The conference aimed to foster participation among attorneys from diverse backgrounds and enhance community wellbeing.
